Jessica’s diverse professional portfolio includes renting and flipping properties, building and designing her own house, investing, as well as owning and selling multiple businesses. In addition to her professional accomplishments and career, Jessica is very involved with her local community. Jessica has authored online and print publications, been featured on podcasts and magazines, and has appeared on the popular television show 30 Minutes to Wealth. Jessica’s publications include articles that discuss mental health and real estate.

While in the Hospitality industry, Melissa served many years on the Provincial Board and sat as President for 2 years guiding, lobbying and helping more than 420 families in business navigate the path to growth and overcoming challenges during one of the most intense times for this industry. In 2020 after years as a successful single agent, Melissa made the leap to create a small team of 1 agent and 1 part-time administrator. During that time, Melissa also created a 2nd business in investing and flipping.
